Nexia is dedicated to enhancing Product teams' productivity across End-to-end workflows. With the rise of AI-assisted coding, Software Engineering workflows have seen significant acceleration. However, Product teams and cross-functional organizations are still burdened with multiple tools, mundane administrative tasks, and documentation. Nexia is developing a workflow catalyst software platform that leverages AI to handle administrative duties, enabling Product teams to concentrate on crucial tasks that drive business outcomes.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founding Engineer Full Stack located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, building and maintaining complex software systems, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The engineer will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of Nexia's innovative platform.
