Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Development Manager, based in the San Francisco Bay Area with full work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and build relationships with clients. Core responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, conducting market research, overseeing sales processes, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term business growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. Startup experience required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and market research abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience in or knowledge of AI technology and product management workflows
  • Ability to work in both in-office (San Francisco Bay Area) and remote settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
